So Matty is our neighbor "boy" who lives behind us, who is no longer the 8th grader I met when we first moved here! His Mom was my first friend and welcomed me with flowers, friendship and answers to endless questions when we moved in. She's been a wonderful neighbor, and I know I'm going to be bending her ear when it's time for mine to go off to college. Or maybe I'll just be crying like a baby on her shoulder!! Matty has grown into a sweet, smart, polite and funny young man. I can't wait to see what he does with his life! It was great fun to take some traditional and fun shots in his cap and gown, he was such a good sport. And with his GA Tech Bee Pillow Pet. He's hilarious!

However, we were lucky to even get started because we ran into a major snafu when we couldn't figure out which way the cap went. After scouring for pictures on FB on our phones and even calling a friend, as the cap lay upside down on the kitchen counter, his Mom noticed on the white cardboard inside it said "FRONT OF CAP". Turns out that for the $120 for a cap and gown - you get a cap that is idiot-proof. Phew! Those would have been some funny pictures. Congratulations, Matty! We are all so proud of you!
