I was with my friend Andy for this senior shoot at a local horse farm. These are just some shots I took on my own. There are a few, in the tack room (near the beginning of the set) and by the hay (near the end of the set on the 2nd page) where he was gracious enough to let me shoot with his lighting set up (I had a trigger on my camera that set off the light when I took the photo & Issac his assistant was holding the strobe light). The last time I had done that was with a film camera in a studio or on location for something commercial, so it was really cool to see how well it worked using my new Canon 60D (digital, of course!). Andy's a genius in the making with a true gift and I learned so much from him in just one shoot, can't wait till the next one he lets me tag along for! The beautiful girl and beautiful location & horses made it that much easier and fun! Oh, and the guy getting his hair kissed by the brown horse is Issac, his assistant, a brilliant young kid with a great future ahead of him in photography & music! Thanks to my husband for helping set this up and insisting that I do this and pursue my passion!
